Shriganesh is a BE (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) from Thiagarajar College Of Engineering, Madurai (Batch of 1992) & an MBA from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University (Batch of 1994). He has over a decade’s experience spanning the Executive Search & Financial Services industries. He has developed excellent rapport with Chairman & CEOs, CFOs, CHROs & CMOs of leading MNCs & large Indian business houses across vertical industries such as Information Technology, ITES / BPO, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Consumer & Manufacturing .

Prior to promoting Catch Consulting in December 2002, he was Senior General Manager, Datamatics Staffing Services, a Mumbai head-quartered Executive Search company. He has also worked with 2 NBFCs - Apple Credit Corporation Limited & Synergy Financial Exchange Limited in their Corporate Business Division during the early part of his career. Shriganesh has hosted the Resume Expert forum in Monster India.com, the India portal of the US based career site Monster.com. Shriganesh’s interviews / articles have appeared in The Economic Times, The New Indian Express, Femina & Cosmopolitan
